About Us

Applecare Limited is a new supported-living provider based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, providing a welcoming three-bedroom home for adults aged 18 and over.

We support individuals who may have learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health support needs, providing an environment where people can feel safe, valued and supported to work towards greater independence.

We believe supported living should be about more than providing accommodation. It should provide an opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, build confidence, make meaningful choices and live life on their own terms.

Our home is designed to provide comfortable communal spaces, private bedrooms, a modern kitchen and access to outdoor space. We aim to create an environment that feels like home, while providing the appropriate support around each individual.

At Applecare, we take a person-centred approach. We listen to the people we support and work alongside them, their families and relevant professionals to understand what matters to them and what they want to achieve.

Whether that means developing daily living skills, accessing education or employment, becoming more involved in the community, building relationships or simply gaining greater confidence in everyday life, we believe progress looks different for everyone.

Our Aim

At Applecare Limited, our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred supported living where every individual is treated with dignity, respect and compassion.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, make their own choices and develop their independence in a safe and supportive environment.

We work alongside the people we support, helping them build confidence, develop everyday living skills, pursue their goals and take an active role in their local community.

Our approach is built around empowerment and promoting independence. We recognise that every person is different, and our support is shaped around their individual strengths, aspirations, needs and choices.

Our aim is simple: to provide a place to live, while supporting each individual to thrive.
